Case Equity Partners, LLC is a New York–based investment management and distressed advisory firm. It is a joint venture between Superior Realty Group, a real estate family office with holdings across the U.S. and Western Europe and Shlomo Chopp of Case, who serves as managing partner. Case and its affiliates manage over $200 million in assets on behalf of its investors and for its own account. Shlomo Chopp brings over a decade of experience with billions in transactions, including acquisitions, distressed workouts, leasing, and asset management. The firm’s foundation blends Chopp’s expertise in debt and turnarounds with Superior’s operational infrastructure and balance sheet strength. Our Loan Workout Advisory typically addresses loans above $25 million, with experience up to $1 billion.
