CRAICNI stands for Cultivate Respect, Appreciate Inclusion across Cultures, based in Northern Ireland, working locally, nationally and globally. We pride ourselves on a diverse training team promoting diversity, equality and inclusion. Our team come from over 15 different cultural backgrounds living in NI with members also based in Denmark, India and Hong Kong. Our European project which we lead works with training partners in Italy, Turkey, Greece and Scotland. #CAST4Innovation It is a social enterprise, training and education company registered as a Community Interest Company from May 2015. Our primary goal is to develop and deliver quality learning experiences that focus on integration, cohesion and inclusive action. We aim to foster a wider understanding about diversity and change in the social landscape of Northern Ireland. We believe that, in order to provide a sound approach to wider culture understanding that training should be delivered by people who have experienced migration to Northern Ireland. Our main focus is to provide an authentic experience in understanding the context and reality of cultural diversity. We develop and deliver tailor-made programmes by experienced practitioners who are themselves are from different cultural and community backgrounds. We provide a quality learning experiences to enable: -Culture Awareness in Action -Appreciation and Management of Diversity -Encouragement and Engagement with Diverse Communities We offer a flexible bespoke format to suit your organisational or group needs.
