I have over 12 years of clinical research experience in the US and Australia, and have a unique background having been both a study coordinator and CRA. I now manage a team of CRAs and CTAs and am passionate about their career and personal development. I now want to take my passion further to help others who want to break into the industry. From my own personal experience, I know how hard it can be to get that first CTA or CRA role. Then, how hard it can be to be a successful once you're in.
