CRDLLA’s primary mission is to develop research that supports second language learners in schools to achieve academically through programs that promote dual languages and English language and literacy acquisition.
Secondary goals include:
Conducting research (e.g. assessment and evaluation),
Providing professional development for teachers and administrators,
Developing research-based educational materials, and
Providing leadership for teachers, administrators, and/or families in the areas of dual language and English language, as well as literacy acquisition.
