I am a learning consultant, facilitator and ICF accredited coach (ACC). My approach is to work with clients as a thinking partner, using my coaching skills to ask questions, understand your needs and actively listen so that, together, we can get to the root of a problem. Since starting my career at Mars, Inc. in 2000, I have been people focused and built lasting relationships, reputation and trust based on my principles of professionalism, integrity and honesty. Having lived and worked abroad in diverse cultures and sometimes complex environments, I can relate to many of the challenges my clients face. The bulk of my corporate life was in HR, Learning & Development and Digital Learning. Over the last 5 years, as Director of CRe8learning Ltd, I have partnered with global clients in Retail & Defence and worked successfully with diverse groups and cultures to create and facilitate the delivery of impactful training solutions including an award-winning Consultant Development Programme in 2018 (for Thales Cyber & Consulting) and the co-creation of a Future Leaders Programme in 2021 (for Cobham). In parallel to my consultancy work, I help business professionals with tailored one-to-one coaching. I work with clients to help them harness their individual talent and knowledge to be able to anticipate changes – both positive and negative – easing transitions and minimising the possibility of unwanted outcomes so that they are in control of their life and directing their own career. I am an intuitive and results-oriented coach providing a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore and move towards desired goals. I support my clients to focus on what truly matters to them and a practical alignment to their working environment.
