Supporting the professional development of teams and individuals through behavioural skills training design, facilitation and professional one-to-one coaching. • Designing & delivering a Leadership Development Programme for new managers at Coyote Software Ltd, London in Sept 2022/Mar 23.• Working in partnership with Realising Potential to co-design and deliver a 12-month Leadership Development Programme at Cobham Ltd, Wimborne, from January - December 2021. Virtual delivery of training workshops to groups of 12 via Zoom on leadership topics including Emotional Intelligence and Resilience. Facilitation of Group Coaching sessions as part of the same programme and various “Leadership Community” workshops.• Facilitated a range of Leadership Development workshops for Cobham’s Leadership Community in 2019 & early 2020. • Executive coaching to a range of clients including senior leadership and manager level across Thales UK Ltd, Cobham Ltd and other external coaching clients through recommendations.• Associate contract with Thales UK Ltd (since August 2016). Past deliverables include the design and development of a Consulting Academy for the professional development of Thales Cyber & Consulting consultants. Programme lead reporting to the HR Director and Leadership Team. The ‘Consultant Development Programme’ (CDP) was developed and ran successfully over a 3-year period and upskilled over 60 consultants. Wrote application based on the CDP that won the MCA (Management Consultancies Association) Award for “Consulting Excellence for Professional Development” in April 2018. Supported the transition and handover of this highly effective initiative and framework into the wider business in December 2019.
