We help organizations navigate complex landscapes shaped by technology-driven revolution, volatility, disruption and constantly accelerating change. We prepare your leaders and high potentials for a complex and uncertain world, leveraging experiential arts-based learning to help develop resilience, creativity, empathy, problem solving, decision making, innovation. We use the tools of science to optimize your organization's performance by identifying and targeting skill gaps, measuring the impact of training investments, and improving your innovation ROI. If you want to strengthen your innovation culture, we can help your teams achieve high-impact collaboration. If you want to get your new managers up to speed quickly, our assessment tools can identify needed skills and and help target learning programs to close the gap. If you want to find the right people for the right jobs, we assess the ability of applicants to make decisions, solve problems and manage risk. ABOUT US Harvey Seifter (Founder and Managing Director) founded The Art of Science Learning, a National Science Foundation-funded initiative using the arts to spark innovation in science and technology. Since 2012, he’s taught collaboration and innovation to thousands of business leaders at GE’s Crotonville Global Leadership Development Center. He's also a classically trained musician who spent 20 years at the helm of arts organizations garnering 5 Grammys and the Kennedy Center Award. Fred Mandell, PhD (Founder) is an award winning senior executive turned business model innovator, visual artist, writer and social entrepreneur. He has developed emotionally resonant ways to teach individual and team skills, techniques and processes which accelerate innovation through arts based learning. His series The Leader as Artist was the #1 rated course at MIT’s Sloan School Innovation Period Program.
