iCARE.weCAN

We are currently prototyping iCARE.weCAN, a community of friends activating social change and powered by technology. Our space is physical and digital, local and global, cultural and technological. We invite you to embark on a journey that is both personally meaningful and collectively impactful. We know many people care about world issues but don’t know how to make a difference. Some have become cynical about trying. Our aim is to inspire and empower you, so we can. We believe that significant change is possible when we grow and work together in shared wisdom. The combination of personal growth, commitment to relationships, and shared goals empowers us to act for a better world. We believe it all starts from within. We are committed to personal growth, enabling people to connect with each other (physically and online) for learning inspiration, and providing access to tools and resources that will help us grow together, work together, and resolve complex issues together. We provide a pathway to guide you through the journey including developing your Self (‘serving the ‘I’), working with others and sharing best practices (serving the ‘We’), while tackling complex issues (serving the ‘WORLD’). We use the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals framework to organize our initiatives because these goals encompass all of our world's most complex issues. Any cause can be associated, whether at a micro or macro level, to one or more of the goals. Doing so enables us to see how iCARE.weCAN acts as an operating platform for accelerating the SDGs. Our community is a space to be, belong, and become. A space to share experiences, stories and longings. A space to be inspired and inspiring, empowered and empowering. A space to call Home, to dream, to act, and to thrive together!
