Creative Energy Resources (CER) Corporation is a Power Sector Company for the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and South Asia region with its head office in Dubai, UAE. CER’s shareholders include: Swicorp Joussour Company (SJC); Saudi-based joint stock Company managed by Swicorp, one of the leading Corporate Advisory and Private Equity firms; and The International Finance Corporation (IFC); a member of the World Bank Group. CER is controlling shareholder in 586 MW gross ISO capacity Uch power project and is involved in development/acquisition of various other projects including Uch II and Green Electric Ltd.
