Creative Justice

Creative Justice uses the power of art to imagine a new vision for healing, accountability and community safety. We build community with youth most impacted by the school-to-prison pipeline and other oppressions and oppressive systems. Together we examine the root causes of incarceration and the conditions that cause harm, creating art that articulates the power and potential of our communities. Forging new opportunities to care with and for youth and young adults rather than locking them away, Creative Justice advocates for systems that impact young people to be cared for in their home communities, using art to amplify their voices and promote healing, accountability, safety, and transformation.
