It is a journey to find own personal time, the core essence, meaning and fulfillment. I use phenomenological and person-oriented approaches, which aim to create conditions for leading own life more freely and authentically, living more in line with ‘inner consent’, with greater freedom and awareness. My approach is within the humanistic school, with strong accent on evidence-based treatments, supplemented by research and consists of the following: - Existential analysis - Psychology of Time - Narrative practices - Art-therapy - Positive Psychology - Mindfulness Denmark is the sixth country that became my home. For over 20 years now I’m curious about the concept of time, which I do research and creative projects about: I explore how people perceive time of their lives, what are their attitudes towards their own past, present and future, how they make decisions based on that and how it impacts their well-being.
