Crescenda - ein gemeinnütziger Verein mit Sitz in Basel - ist das erste Zentrum für Existenzgründungen von Migrantinnen. Es hat zum Ziel, Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund in eine nachhaltige berufliche und soziale Selbstständigkeit zu begleiten. Zu diesem Zweck führt Crescenda jährlich Kurs- und Ausbildungsprogramme durch und fördert das Empowerment und die Selbstwirksamkeit der Frauen. Die Kurse werden durch die Raumvermietung der Villa Crescenda quersubventioniert.
