Rite Haus is a Swiss-based personal care startup designing cycle-aware products for women and girls. Our first product, First Rite, is a whole-cycle care kit for teens — supporting all four phases of the menstrual cycle with natural, non-toxic ingredients and accessible education. The kit includes herbal tea blends, organic menstrual products, essential oils, a castor oil pack, and an illustrated book: First Rite – More Than Just a Period. We’re addressing a clear gap in the market: most period products focus only on managing bleeding, not supporting the full hormonal cycle or helping girls understand their bodies. Rite Haus is here to change that — combining traditional wisdom, modern design, and clean ingredients to create products that support long-term well-being.
