No Proof of Fund document is required.Buyer only needs to commit $50M (1% of minimum $5B contract). Seller countersigns LOI/MOU establishing binding contract, Buyer will have 12 hours to facilitate MT103/23. Buyer can settle via MT103, FED WIRE, or Euroclear (Brussels or External Screens). MT103/23 is released after 60 days or until contract exhaustion.
