More than 15 years of study (in Belgium and abroad) of a wide range of methodologies and many years of experience form the foundation of my own approach. An approach that taps into the hidden potential of wisdom and innovation in teams and organisations. Dealing proactively with the rapidly changing "world" and its paradoxes has an important part to play here.
