In 1983, because of his innovative mind and behavior, started working for railways. At that time under Track Modernization Scheme, one item namely Pandrol Clip, now being called Elastic Rail Clip was being developed by RDSO. Being a new item of development, I immediately started development of ERC. Got capacity and capability assessment approval from RDSO and in a very short span of time, developed Pandrol Clips and started supplies.
