Certainty of Detection with 21 technologies at the service of the Investigation Officer. 3. Certainty of Conviction: with plenty of digital and non-digital infallible evidence armed with a certificate of integrity, certificate of admissibility under section 65B Evidence Act, and certificate of a chain of custody. 4. Certainty of Prevention through Dynamic and Proactive deployment of police and community volunteers 5.
