Our highly-seasoned leadership team has decades of shared investing experience, offering us advantages in sourcing, structuring and executing across a broad range of real estate investments. Our in-house acquisitions team carefully vets market opportunities, targeting value add real estate for our Fund. Crimson manages the entire lifecycle of the investment, from land acquisition, entitlement, construction, leasing, management and disposition.
