ABOUT US Integrated Ag specializes in the value-add acquisition, development and operations of farmland. We manage an institutional quality portfolio of thousands of acres of farmland in the United States Southwest. With expert in-house management , we improve underutilized farms with proprietary field designs and advanced irrigation systems - self-performing the majority of the development and construction. We farm many of our properties directly and lease others to high-quality growers. We deploy a private equity approach to acquiring and rehabilitating distressed or underutilized farmland and underlying farm businesses. We apply a disciplined and patient investment philosophy. As a result, we only acquires assets that meet strict acquisition criteria resulting in superior long-term rates of return. VALUE-ADD FARMLAND INVESTING We develop underutilized farmland, creating immediate value through the process. We focus on core improvements designed to increase the efficiency of the farm. Additionally, we will convert traditional farmland to higher value crops or certify the farm organic which creates additional value and meets exploding consumer demand for organic foods. Our farms are designed to grow a diverse set of crops including row crops (alfalfa, grains, etc.), permanent crops (date palms, citrus), and high value specialty crops (melons, produce, lettuce). MANAGEMENT TEAM Our team includes professionals that have designed, built and managed large scale farms and agribusinesses. We have forward thinking, progressive farm managers and engineers on staff that practice superior farm management and design. Our team is also comprised of managers with experience in land development, investment fund management, physical commodity trading, and operations of complex companies. We are passionate about agriculture and the use of advanced technology and techniques to maximize farm productivity, yields, and asset value.
