We believe in the freedom to choose, and we know our approach isn’t for everyone. Most of our relationships begin on a month-to-month basis. Like we have done in the past, we prefer to “date” each other first, building a relationship based on trust and alignment.
Not everyone is looking for that. While transactions are part of doing business, they aren’t the core of how we work. If it’s not the right fit, we don’t believe either side should be locked into an agreement.
We often work with businesses facing complex challenges — the kind that require something to be crossed. We adjust our fees as we go, based on what the work demands. Over time, if the relationship is strong, we may move into an annual contract, but only when it feels right for both sides.
