And our concept is expanding worldwide, with 1400 points of sale equipped (Europe, Middle East, Asia…). HISTORY: The idea of Croust’wich came up during the EUROPAIN exhibition 8 years ago. During this event, we saw so many sorts of bread, all looking so tasty and crusty with distinct colors. In France, we sure know how to make good bread. But what a disappointment when we finally ordered our sandwiches during our lunchtime! The service wasn’t fast enough, and the bread was moist and without any crispness. Obviously, there had to be a solution to sell top-quality sandwiches preserving our French savoir-faire. That is the reason why we have worked on this concept that separates the bread from the filling. With our long field experience, we have developed solutions that can fit any needs, any layout, from small bakery shops to high volume points of sale.
