We established our roots in 2022 and decided to launch Crusader as we saw a gap in security at events in our community. We gained experience in Nashville, TN at a Population Health event to protect the community, children and wellness support services. Our founder did not want to be just ‘another security firm’ focusing only on staffing, we wanted to put our clients first. Our culture is built on Integrity and Faith, where we put Family and Community engagement at the center of everything we do. We built a client-centric model that delivers real value for clients. Then, we supported the model with education, training, opportunities and appreciation for security officers. The results benefit everyone. Clients stay with Crusader Security year after year. Our employee retention rate is well above the industry average. Annually, we add new programs for our security officers so they have successful futures and our clients receive even better service. We serve in Government and Public sector, in schools, churches, private events, community engagements, retail, healthcare environments and construction.
