CTEC is a cutting-edge terrorism and extremism research center based in Monterey, CA at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. We employ students and experts from both Middlebury College and the Middlebury Institute.

- Threat financing, with special focus on cryptocurrency and money laundering;

- Asymmetric conflict, with a focus on special operations, disinformation, and civil war;
