Cumberland Emerging Technologies company information, Employees & Contact Information

Cumberland Emerging Technologies (CET) represents an innovative initiative formed as a collaboration among partners from the industrial, academic, and public sectors. It is jointly owned by Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Vanderbilt University, the state supported Launch Tennessee and WinHealth Pharmaceuticals – an international partner. At CET we team up with academic research groups to support the development process for select, innovative projects. CET provides critical expertise on intellectual property, regulatory, manufacturing and marketing issues essential to the successful development of new biopharmaceutical products. CET also manages Nashville’s Life Sciences Center, which serves as an incubator for Middle Tennessee’s emerging biomedical industry. The Center provides offices, laboratory space, and equipment to early-stage companies looking to develop their technologies and products. The Cumberland formulation and testing laboratories are located at the Center. Nearly 30 life science companies exist today because of CET, including a vibrant group of current tenants at the Life Sciences Center as well as a growing number of successful graduates.
