Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association is a regional trade organization representing companies involved in building, remodeling, land development and property management in the cities and counties of coastal Virginia.
It was formerly two local trade groups: Tidewater Builders Association and Peninsula Housing & Builders Association. CVBIA is affiliated with both the state and national home builders associations.
Our mission: to improve the climate for quality housing for all incomes; promote the growth and development of the shelter industry; promote excellence and professionalism among members through educational and networking opportunities; and support and enhance the community through charitable projects.
