Stichting CX Circle is de eerste en enige onafhankelijke community in Nederland waar professionals die met customer experience bezig zijn in hun werk, samen kunnen komen voor kennis, inspiratie en netwerk. Met minimaal drie CX-bijeenkomsten per jaar, een online ontmoetingsplaats (www.cxcircle.nl) en diverse masterclasses heeft CX Circle de ambitie om het (weer) leuk te maken voor consumenten om klant te worden bij een bedrijf in Nederland. Met inspraak van haar leden worden de thema’s van de CX-bijeenkomsten bepaald.
Olaf Ouwerkerk (NLE), Sydney Brouwer (ondernemer) en Heike Faber (KPN) zijn de initiatiefnemers achter CX Circle en hebben de ambitie om met het platform de klantgerichtheid en klantbeleving in Nederland naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
