Cyber-Tek Group, Inc. (“Cyber-Tek” or the “Company”) is a Delaware corporation formed March 24, 2017. Cyber-Tek is engaged in the acquisition and management of domestic and international information technology (IT) consulting firms pursuant to a high-growth “buy and build” strategy to rapidly expand operations, capabilities, and revenues. Cyber-Tek intends to acquire and integrate a broad spectrum of IT consulting companies to provide end-to-end IT services to corporate customers, with an emphasis on the fast-growing marketplace demand for cybersecurity and cyber-terrorism protection.
