Process development & scale up - from benchtop to pilot/commercial scale, we can develop new commercially relevant processes for extraction, modification, & functionalisation of key components from many raw materials and can help with factory design, build & commissioning.
Upgrading of biomass – finding value added uses for different raw materials (fruits, vegetable, cereals, seaweeds) & by-products from food processing, developing innovative processing methodologies and products with targeted functionality and/or health & wellness application.
Hydrocolloids expertise – CyberColloids was set up to provide outsourcing of every aspect of the hydrocolloids world from raw material sourcing/supply chain, technical assessment & basic research, product and process development, to end use applications & markets. We also offer training.
Food technology R&D - we deliver texture solutions in a variety of food formulations such as dairy, meat, savoury and bakery, and non-food applications e.g. pet food & industrial applications
Adding value to seaweed - as hydrocolloids experts, e routinely work with agar, carrageenan and alginate that are derived from seaweed, but we also have a track history in developing novel processing methodologies, and novel or value-added uses for seaweeds.
