The founders, Ms Theresa Yap and Mr Chris Yap had more than 20 years of experience in corporate world. Having born in Malaysia, they decided to leverage on their expansive network to build a community of practice that collaboratively advance the field of adult education.
Through our exploration, we discovered a significant flaw, not only in executive education but in education in general. A curriculum that is packed and overly emphasized on input, without leaving room for learners to reflect and question is the most jarring problem that greatly impedes learners’ potential.
