CzechToll

CzechToll built a satellite toll system in the Czech Republic together with the Slovak company SkyToll, and it was transferred into the ownership of the Czech Republic and began full operation on 1 December 2019. Thanks to the cutting-edge technology and the experience of both companies, the Czech Republic acquired a cutting-edge satellite toll system that allows for better traffic management and more efficient transport infrastructure management at a lower cost than in the past. The cost of the new CzechToll system is three times lower than the operating cost of the outdated microwave technology from 2006. CzechToll belongs to ITIS Holding, which is a part of the long-term strategic plans of the PPF Group in the area of telecommunication infrastructure.
