DACS is the UK business home of Dax Callner. I've been 'agency-side' in marketing for over 25 years, including Chief Strategy Officer and other leadership roles at Smyle, GES, Publicis New York, Momentum New York, Sparks and Jack Morton Worldwide. Now on my own, and with a network of trusted freelance resources, I'm offering an array of services to brands and agencies: - Workshop style consultation to establish clear goals, campaign or experience strategies. - Brief development. I help write clear briefs, to establish a scope of work and priorities, or planner-style creative briefs which use insight to inspire big ideas. - Brand and campaign strategies. From brand positioning and mission statements to 360 degree marketing plans, it's about standing out and delivering measurable impact. - Event and digital marketing strategies. I can get deep when it comes to events and digital, where most of my career has been spent. - Messaging development. I'm a writer at heart, and love getting to crisp, compelling messages. - Content strategy. I can help to craft content strategies for events, websites, social feeds and more. - Measurement. KPI and target development, data collection techniques, reporting. I love using credible data to protect budgets and to drive continuous improvement. - DEI support. Social value/impact plays a big role in the plans I develop with clients and at times as a standalone consulting offering.
