Nervous system–based and trauma–informed conflict transformation follows an inner, organic structure and contains three developmental stages: from Absence ‣ to Presence ‣ to Regeneration. Our trainings and education are based on these phases.
In 2022 alone, Conflict Transformation has organised 13 live in–person trainings of 5 days each (all sold out) with a total participant number of 400+. As part of the "Presence & Absence" advanced trainings, participants have also received a total of 200+ one–on–one coaching sessions in 2022.
