Smt. Motiben B. Dalvi Hospital was founded in the year 1967 by The People's Medical Relief Society under the auspices of the Saraswat Brahman Samaj. Late Dr. A R Rangnekar with like minded colleagues had taken relentless painstaking efforts to establish the Hospital to serve mainly to the middle class and economically weaker sections of the society. The Hospital yet works on the same principles.
