Mandated by Damascus Governorate, Damascus Cham Holding will establish companies that would provide various services in Damascus and other parts of the nation. DCH would issue construction permits and control such permits on behalf of Damascus Governorate and will establish service centers to serve the community, execute infrastructure work and manage electronic systems serving the municipality requirements of the city of Damascus
