David Ernst Mediation was formed by former food safety lawyer David Ernst in late 2022. David was a trial lawyer for 37 years, with almost 25 years dedicated to handling food safety cases nationwide. He has litigated or mediated over 2000 food safety cases in 30 states. David seeks to help attorneys and litigants as a neutral mediator with deep experience and knowledge in food safety law. including consumer injury claims, food recall issues and food supply chain disputes. David's goal is to help parties resolve food safety disputes in a manner that helps injured parties, while reducing cost and potential brand damage to food companies, by using efficient and creative solutions derived from many years practicing in this area
