My name is Esmond and for the past 700 days I have posted daily (to my personal Facebook and LinkedIn account) in the hopes that my learnings and insights go on to change lives - one thought, one moment and one day at a time. Day 1, also affectionately known as 'D1' is a dedicated space for the continuation of these daily posts - starting from Day 700. The philosophy?
