The holding was established in 2017 with headquarter in Dubai, UAE and have two branches located in Portugal and Brazil, aiming to create the business connection between Americas, Europe and Middle east/ Asia. The Company has focused on integrated solutions to the customers, providing competitive products and technologies. The business are distributed in two divisions: Industrial Division: Focused in integrated solutions to Steel, cement and Petrochemical industries. Commodities Division: Focused in food commodities (Sugar, chicken, Coffee, Soybean, Black Pepper, etc) coming from Brazil and other products (Wine and Olive Oil) from Portugal.
