Incorporated in Singapore in 2011, DCSS Technology started as an independent service provider for enterprise systems support services specializing in hardware maintenance services, and since then we have broadened our expertise to provide enterprise solutions and services covering enterprise computing services, operating system and software services, managed IT services and professional services covering all major OEM brands from industry leading vendors.
Over time, our business branched out into Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Such rapid footprint growth in such short period of time would not be possible without our team of people who possesses unmatched experience in strategy, sales, customer experience, technical and product knowledge in the technology and computing industry. We continued to invest heavily in our people as we believed in meeting and exceeding the expectation of our customers will accelerate revenue, customer retention and customer stickiness, in-short loyalty. At present, our technical or field engineers account for 70% of our staffs in the Asia Pacific region. Currently, we are supporting over 5,000 systems (servers, storages and networks) in the Asia Pacific region and covering enterprise customers across all industries via our partners.
