Dearborn is the culinary vision of Chef Christopher Kong.
Born as a modern American fine casual concept in 2019, Dearborn started as
a home-based supper club with a heavy focus on sourcing regional produce,
greens, grains and sustainable seafood. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit,
Dearborn pivoted to making quality granola to nourish its community.
Ingredients are sourced with the same intent, maintaining a keen focus on
provenance and responsible practices.
With the encouragement and loyal support from its growing customer base,
Dearborn opened its first physical storefront in the bustling Everton Park
neighbourhood in October 2021.
The store serves as a granola production kitchen and also offers a small
menu of specialty granola bowls, freshly baked sourdough loaves,
house-made refreshments and other pantry staples.
Dearborn remains determined and optimistic to take little green steps
towards a healthier planet while serving up delicious food to your table.
