The Dearborn STEP assessment program embraces all students as individuals and is committed to providing them with an environment of acceptance, respect and openness. Our caring, highly-trained staff members develop academic, clinical and milieu programming custom-tailored to the needs of each student. Through a rigorous, comprehensive assessment, we gain a holistic understanding of each student. We collaborate with our students, their family members / guardians, district partners, treatment providers, and others who are directly involved in order to help us understand the student's strengths and challenges.
