DECOM Group is company established in 2014, registered in Podgorica, Ankarski Boulevard 16, Floor I, Montenegro. Company is also operating with Albania Branch, registered in Tirana, "Him Kolli" Street, Palace 21, Floor II, Albania. In addition, company is already participates in projects activities regionally, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina i.e. Company has functional oriented organizational structure with three functional departments: Administration, Engineering and HSE. Projects work across the functional groups and Project Manager work across functional hierarchy in order to obtain the resources and support. Company’s main fields of activities are related to infrastructure projects, environment, energy and public and private owned buildings. DECOM Group provides sustainable and innovative solutions as a partner of public authorities, businesses and individuals and DECOM Group aims to answer essential needs in abovementioned fields of expertise. Company currently employs more than twenty engineers with wide range of experience, from interns to engineers with more than 30 years of experience, such as architects, structural engineers, transport engineers, hydrotechnical engineers, environmental engineers, HV and LV electrical engineers, construction management engineers, fire protection engineers, and HSE certified managers. DECOM Group possesses all the necessary company licenses and engineers’ memberships in professional organizations, and company is certified to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 standards which relates to following activities: Design Development, Design Technical Control – Review, Supervision of Works, as well as Consultancy services in Fire protection, Environmental Protection and Health and Safety.
