Established in 1827 at Union College, Delta Phi is the oldest continuous social fraternity in the United States.
For almost two hundred years, Delta Phi has been committed to developing its members into character-based leaders focused on academic excellence, leadership, and service. Our organization strives to prepare its undergraduate members for their plans following graduation evident by our alumni who are leaders in their fields. Indeed, our members are hold a wide range of professions from aerospace engineers to K-12 teachers, Congressional staffers, health care professionals, software developers, attorneys, and military officers making our motto Semper Ubique ("always everywhere") hold true.
