Delviat was founded in 2016 in Argentina and, over time, expanded its reach, strategically positioning its main branch in the province of Buenos Aires. The agency was built by a multidisciplinary team with extensive training and experience, specializing in Human Resources, Business, and Development. Since 2020, it has expanded its portfolio to include service exports, reaching other Latin American countries such as Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador, providing recruitment and selection services for the IT, Oil & Gas, and Mining industries. In 2023, Delviat was dissolved as part of a planned transition, with parts of the business and client relationships integrated into other organizations.
