DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a 4-inch New Gen VCSEL laser production platform based on the IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturer) full industry chain model, integrating research and development, design, epitaxial, chip manufacturing, testing, and failure analysis.
In 2020, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. released the Red Light New Gen VCSEL globally and won the honor of provincial laser device R&D center. In the same year, it completed ISO system certification and completed the intelligent upgrade of production line based on i-MES production system.
In 2021, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. won the honor of provincial advanced manufacturing enterprise and completed IATF16949 certification.
In 2022, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. won the honor of postdoctoral workstation.
