Specialized experience in development of processes for co-deposition PVD on non-planar surfaces, thermal conversion coatings, thermal processing (vacuum and artificial atmospheres), energetic condensation, superconducting materials, thin films, implantable biomedical coatings, automated cryogenic electrical measurements, electrochemistry, substrate / surface preparations (mechanically and chemically), plasma processes, and scanning electron microscopy (EDS, EBSD, & automated process particulate forensics). Process development & failure analysis experience in bulk materials and variety of engineered materials. Experience with electron beam welding processes root cause analysis and additive manufacturing. Semiconductor electrical device testing and characterization. Custom data analysis and controls solutions (VBA with API, Office backend solutions + dashboards, NI LabView + GPIB, MATLAB, C, Assembly, Java, & Python).
