DESHT is a private, nonprofit think tank & Lab. Our vision is economically liberal Kazakhstan with a rule of law and effective state, competitive market-based economy, and a strong self-sufficient society. Based on this vision, our mission is to research, create and promote institutional-based knowledge and solutions for building more effective economic policies. We participate in public discussions, work directly with politicians and state officials.
