Our vision is economically liberal Kazakhstan with a rule of law and effective state, competitive market-based economy, and a strong self-sufficient society. Based on this vision, our mission is to research, create and promote institutional-based knowledge and solutions for building more effective economic policies. We participate in public discussions, work directly with politicians and state officials. Our small team consists of experienced staff working in the fields of Policy and Data Insights in the think tank industry.
