DEC is an Architecture and Engineering Consultancy with expertise in Architectural, Structural and MEP Design for all types of buildings. DEC offers complete services for Project Management Consultancy and Site Supervision. We also provide sustainability services for LEED and ESTIDAMA Consultancy (Design and Certification) for all kinds of buildings projects. DEC was founded in Tripoli, Lebanon in 1984 (Tall square) by Eng. RADWAN ALAMEDDINE and Eng. DOUNIA ALAMEDDINE. It has completed since then many projects in Lebanon ranging from Villas, Towers, Schools, Mosques and Public buildings, and has established an office in Beirut, Lebanon. (Overseas Bank Bld. near the Arabian University). DEC holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 certification for providing detailed Engineering & Supervision Services and places great emphasis on Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environmental issues for all Projects. DEC is operating in U.A.E since 1995 and has established an office in Abu Dhabi which is being geared to cater the needs of the U.A.E. and Gulf Region, As well as Al-Ain city branch, that caters for the city\'s needs.
