Without a proper balance between building, urban service, and environment it's unlikely to bring a clean planet for future. Each and every time we step out of my door we intensely urge inside to make a change to the urban environment. Our built forms have a lack of efficiency to act as an urban unit. On the other hand, urban policy is not intelligent enough to merge with the user demand . Instead of being an urban unit They are growing like a cancer cell. Buildings are the unit for urban design. It's high time to design and redesign these buildings with efficient techniques and technology to save these cities from severe environmental pollution and dreadful waste management systems. Due to the lack of proper technology and policy, most of the cities experiencing multidimensional challenges in its socio-economic progress. Whatever the situation, it's our prime responsibility to develop a resource-efficient sustainable pathway.
