DEUTZ AG UK Branch office is responsible for sales and service of DEUTZ AG products in UK & Ireland. We have UK depots in Cannock, Staffordshire and Reading, Berkshire. The DEUTZ AG Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality, environmentally friendly and efficient drive systems for off-highway applications. The current portfolio extends from diesel and gas engines to hybrid, all-electric, and hydrogen drives. DEUTZ drives are being used in a wide range of applications including construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment such as forklift trucks and lifting platforms, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles, and boats used for private or commercial purposes. The main production facilities are based in Germany with headquarters in Germany, Cologne. After-Sales Service: At our Customer Support Centre our factory trained technicians use the latest diagnostic equipment and specialist tools to carry out overhauls and servicing for all types of engines. Our fleet of mobile workshops gives customers easy access to our expertise, regardless of location, and offers full technical support nationwide. In partnership with the DEUTZ AG parts operation, we are able to offer overnight delivery of replacement parts with 95% availability. Our “SERPIC” software allows for easy engine identification from its serial number, ensuring quick delivery of the correct parts, keeping machine down time to a minimum.
