DHSA registered in Afghanistan with the Ministry of Economy, under license # 23 in the year 2005, as a not-for-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan Afghan organization.
DHSA's mission is to redefine development in Afghanistan by promoting a dynamic and capable civil society as means to foster local ownership of development, dignity, peaceful and sustainable future for all Afghans.
